Z640PLUS e-JETZ640PLUS e-JET system is an exclusive high definition coder, provided with a stand-alone console which can drive simultaneously up to two printheads, for the full customization of primary and secondary packaging in real time.

The innovative printheads are available in two versions: Graph e-JET 102, which can print up to 102 mm (4″), and Graph e-JET 50, which can print up to 50 mm (2″). They allow the printer to give excellent results in terms of volume, speed and distance from the products. Moreover, they are the only printheads equipped with a completely inspectable and repairable stainless steel nozzle plate.

The advanced technology of the Graph e-JET printheads and the wide range of inks make Z640PLUS e-JET the most suitable solution to print very high-resolution alphanumeric texts and logotypes, as well as perfectly readable and traceable bar codes, complying with GS1 standards, on both porous and non-porous surfaces. Besides the traditional high contrast, fast dry and high adhesion pigmented fluids, it is compatible with instant dry and high resistance UV Curable inks, ideal for marking non-absorbent substrates.

For the applications requiring UV inks, Z640PLUS e-JET features a special accessory: the Z-CURE UV lamp with LED compact design, which instantly fixes the message on the surface through the emission of ultraviolet light. The UV lamp and the whole printing process are managed by means of an integrated industrial PC, composed of a fast and reactive user interface with a 12,1″ SVGA full colour touch-screen panel, a 4 GB SATA Hard Disk SSD (Solid State Disk) and Windows 10­­® ‘IoT’ Enterprise operating system.
